Modcon Carpentry and Build provides carpentry and building services, including but not limited to home renovations, custom furniture, and structural modifications. The scope of services will be outlined in individual contracts or agreements with clients.

3. Quotations and Payments

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• A deposit may be required before work commences.
• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule in the contract.
• Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Clients must provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice for cancellations.
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project preparation and incurred costs.
• Refunds will be processed based on work completed and materials purchased.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide clear access to the worksite and necessary permissions.
• Any changes to the agreed work must be requested in writing and may result in additional costs.

6. Liability and Warranty

• We take every precaution to ensure high-quality work; however, we are not liable for unforeseen damages or third-party actions.
• A limited warranty applies to workmanship for a specified period as outlined in individual contracts.
• Warranty claims do not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.

7. Health and Safety

• Modcon Carpentry and Build follows all health and safety regulations.
• Clients must ensure a safe working environment for our team.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not share personal information without consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or legal proceedings in UK courts.
